Refund policy

Returns

You may return your canvas within 14 calendar days of delivery. Email hello@adornspire.com with your order number for return instructions. You pay return shipping, and a 25% restocking fee applies.

Exchanges

Email us to arrange an exchange. You pay return shipping. There is no restocking fee for exchanges.

Damaged artwork

If your canvas arrives damaged, email your order number, photos of the damage, and proof of purchase to hello@adornspire.com. We review the evidence before issuing a refund.

Cancellations

To cancel, email us within 3 hours of placing your order and include your order number.
